While I love the way it looks, my kitchen’s open shelving isn’t the most convenient when it comes to storage. Open shelving requires a particular type of curation, and while I’ve filled my shelves with pretty glassware and my favorite dinnerware, I struggled to find a suitable option for storing dry goods.

Then, I was introduced to Cliik, a newly launched brand entirely focused on eye-pleasing storage solutions. Cliik’s products are magnetic, stackable, and just plain cool. The reusable containers, which come in a range of modern colors and sizes, are made from shatterproof Tritan plastic, free from BPA and BPS, and FDA-approved for kids.

While I mainly use my Cliik containers for storing goods like pasta, rice, and nuts, they’re suitable for almost anything and everything you wish to store in them, from last night’s leftovers to freshly baked cookies to loose odds and ends.

I’m a big fan of color, so I opted for orange for a bit of contrast in my primarily white kitchen, but the brand also offers white and green. The containers come in three sizes: tall, medium, and mini. The tall containers, which stand almost 11 inches tall and hold 64.5 fluid ounces, are great for storing long pasta shapes or large quantities of flour or oats. You can mix and match different sizes or opt for all three of the same size. While the same-size containers look clean when displayed next to each other, I also love how displaying the different-sized sets can be customizable, like playing a game of Tetris.

Cliik touts Tritan plastic as “the world’s safest plastic that feels just like glass,” and it’s true: The thin plastic feels effortlessly light and airy, and it holds up just fine sitting next to my dainty wine glasses. I’ve experienced no signs of staining or lingering smells, which plastic storage containers fall victim to all too often.

When you receive a shipment from Cliik in the mail, you’ll also receive a stack of pre-printed labels for the lids, which are magnetic and easily “click” onto each other when stacked. The Cliik containers don’t just look good: They’re ultra-durable and leakproof with an airtight seal, and you can even store Cliik containers in the freezer. When I want to swap out the contents, I throw mine in the dishwasher first.
